The Sun Moon people
We let our people go wherever their heart takes them: surfing, snowboarding, exploring, enjoying life, be happy. The Sun Moon people are dedicated to the Bread, the Sun Moon Restaurant, INKETINKE and to their own adventures in a perfect equilibrium.

Svilen & Elisaveta
The Sun and The Moon, the Bread man and the Beauty. He is the father of Sun Moon Bread and the firestone around here, who brought back to life the tradition to bake sourdough bread. These happen right after he had a trip around the world and decided Bulgaria to be his home again. As Elisaveta met this curious traveler with free spirit, she had her own adventure happening- INKETINKE. It was conceived to be a gallery and born to grow up as an Art Café and Boutique. Bought of them love to travel and to create. They dream of a country house with a big vegetable garden in a village, inhabited by friends.
Dido
Dido is an aikido instructor. Elisaveta nicknames him "the samurai of the kitchen"... most probably because he is unstoppable ball golden energy, with a constant smile on his face. The food he creates is looking and testing equally great. After the dish has been served the fork is first used to point out the perfect details of how the dish has been “decorated” and second for grabbing a tasty bite.
Tonyhoro
Theologian, who plays the kaval and beats the drum. He organizes a bunch of events with Merak Standard ( Beglika Fest, Balkan Scientist). Soon to become a father and yet Tonny is unstoppable. He blusters around every corner of Bulgaria, whenever a chance opens.
Adrian
Adrian and Dido are brothers. A passionate traveler he has had lots of homes. For few years Adrian lived in Costa Rika. On his street the sun is always shining and there is this warm wave, which he spreads around him. Bought, what he cooks and how he arranges the dishes, are beautiful. Adrian is a man a person could really count on...
Jorkata
Well, he is our Ratatouille. Young and fresh as a cucumber, very passion for his bicycling, he loves to get lot somewhere in the forest and takes care of two great dogs. He laughs a lot and from the bottom of his heard. While he is cooking there is always an experiment happening and usually the result is not to be missed. He likes to germinate stuff.
Hoa
She decided that the Sun Moon kitchen is a cozy place and just marched herself in. Some time ago she started as a waitress with us, than started learning how to cook and now she makes delicious food. Very talented she is, indeed, she loves loud parties and for everyone who try to figure that out: no, they are not sisters with Nora.
Cvety
Cvety is a Master Baker. He bakes marvelous biscuits, cakes and sweets & breads. Women love him and there is a good reason for that: he is a very delicate observer and a fine gentleman – the title of a baron would suite him perfectly.
Lila
She is hardworking and skillful. The touch of her hands transforms things beautifully and spaces and the things become prettier. She creates with recycled paper and other nature friendly materials. The head/lamp on the picture is her doing. Her work is often to be seen on art displays.
Nora
Nora could be a prototype in a novel. Her exotic beauty, creative touch and emotional intelligence make her a woman with whom it is easy to fall in love. However she is strictly monogamist and her attention is quite a hard catch. There is a fen cub of hers. Jupata
She comes from Jupiter and this is way her name is Jupata. She is everywhere all the time and feels at home anywhere. Jupata travels a lot. There was a time when she lived in Switzerland, and for another time frame she was a coordinator of a eko-school in Vlahi village. Jupata has numerous talents and whatever she starts to do – it works out great.
Mitko
He is involved in all sunmoon doings he grinds, delivers, carries, fixes, creates, and manages everything and anything. Somewhere in this big wide world the love of his life is going right his direction, but no one knows who she is for now. Elena
Elena is an elegant gentle lady, who is a master in surfing and snowboarding. The black belt in karate she has, has been tested twice in the republican karate championship and bought times she proved herself to be The Champion. There is often an adventure calling out for her and after every trip she comes back to Sun Moon, enjoying the variety of her everyday life.
Vicky
Vicky is an actor, blessed with great talent. His parts are fitting him like a glove and in real life he is a smiling young lad with a pleasant, balanced behavior. Very charming he is indeed. Sometimes his stage is the Sun Moon restaurant, where he shines. Everybody loves Vicky.
Saviv
Saviv is the Sun-Moon child. His name came with a song and it means whirling in Hebrew. For now he is the youngest in the Sun Moon family – a bread man, baker, miller and a constant joy to everyone. He gives good names to people and situations. Probably will grow up a traveler and whatever else he wishes to be. Saviv and Dido are bought having birthday in the same day. Probably this is way they are unbreakable team.
Nikola
Nikola is originally form Macedonia and there is not a part of the world, which he considers too far away from home. For him it is easy to pack his suitcases and go to Japan to be a bartender, of to come to Bulgaria to study in the university. All that has been proven, by the way. A wild bird he is - likes doing crazy stuff psychedelic experiments. Nikola is a Macintosh fen and a champ in the Olympic disciplines of mouse clicking and keyboarding. He appreciates a lady with beautiful body and soul and they appreciate him back, being the nice dude he is.
Rossy
Rossy has the soul of a dancer and the walk of a fairy. Saviv nicknames her : "the fairy of the mandarins”, most probably because she is fresh, calm lady, who walks around Sun Moon restaurant as is her feet are not touching the ground. Her smile never lives her pretty face.
Anni
Anni is one of the first people who started baking “ Sun Moon” bread a years ago. She loves being a baker and puts her soul into it. Anni is a modest person, sometimes timid around strangers, but all Sun Moon people know and love her.
Svetlio
Svetlio shines in INKETINKE. A charming snowboarder and traveler he is a fan of being happy and finding true love. A Scorpio and a very interesting man to know.
The connection between what a person chooses to eat and the quality of life one has is quite clear to everyone...
Yap, Sun Moon needed a long time to be conceived and born and to grow up.
6 years ago we have taken the first step with starting to make wholegrain wheat bread with sourdough. At the beginning we were Klasanovi Bakery, we used to make Sun Moon Bread and distribute it by our self’s. Time has proven that there are many people who wish to feed well and be healthy.
With some of them we have opened Vegi Home – a wonderful vegetarian restaurant in the heart of Sofia, where we used to make tea from over 60 types of herbs and we cooked delicious veggie meals. The place was a big house with three floors on Patriarch Evtimii str. Number 10 and we think of it as one of our happy adventures. We used to love spending time with friends and calling it “work”. Few worries made so that we had to switch Vegi Home with something new and we have opened Sun Moon restaurant. We have pulled our skills and all the love we have for what we do and we moved in on the corner of Gladston and Boris.
Now we work with friend again and Sunmoon people are happy to spend time with each other. We often go to festivals and parties and have fun together.
So... this is who we are and what we are about, dear folks. This is us-everyone, who make Sun Moon a possible mission and we are all pleased to meet you!
